The REWETLAND(Widespread introduction of constructed wetlands for a wastewater treatment of Agro Pontino) project, funded by the European Commission in the framework of the LIFE+ 2008 is a demonstrative and experimental project, focussed on an Integrated Environmental Regeneration Programme and the experimentation of biofiltering techniques on a wide area. The total budget of the project is € 3,706,632, including 1,450,566 € of European co-financing. The activities started on 1 January 2010 and ended on 30 June 2014.
