Requirements to have a farming room: 55 Construction 25 Farming, and 75k Cash. Patches (All require the usual saw and hammer, combined with 5 compost, 1 spade, 3 weeds, and a watering can OSRS Power Leveling, together with the particular thing for your patch): Allotment: 55 Construction, Any Allotment Harvest Thing or Seed.
Could be made just in Trimmed-Mahogany+ bin, it's produced by placing 13 Magic Logs, 5 Earth Runes, and 5 Water Runes into the bin, also letting them rot. The logs will rust into compost which will be enchanted by the Runes. People may say this will be biased as only friends of the proprietor, and also the owner of the house can use this. Yes this is true, but, will this make them fish any faster? Of course maybe not lol, this merely gives them a personal location to fish, and also a more beautiful look to their PoH.
The Hotspots: There are two types of hotspots, a pier hotpspot, which can be required to even enter the space, and fishing hotspots, 4 each area. Imagine the room, together with all the docks as a crossover throughout the space, well in every corner of the center of the docks is a hotspot.
Standard Dock: 55 Construction, 20 Planks, 20 Nails. Gilded Dock: 70 Construction, 20 Mahogany Planks, 5 Gold Leaf. Granite Bridge-Dock: 75 Structure, 10 Marble Bricks.
Regal Docks: 90 Structure, 4 Magic Stones, 1 Tinderbox, 11 Marble Bricks, 10 Gold Leaf(Picture the regal dock for a minute here... beautiful marble and gold docks... marble torches in the entrances, enchanting archways in the endings of the pathways that open to the middle, a gorgeous sight for anybody who wants their PoH to appear amazing.)
