Olympic spectator ban 'will ensure safe Games'
Organisers said SLOTXO ค่ายเกมสล็อต เเจกหนัก เเจกจริง the decision to ban foreign spectators from attending the Tokyo Olympics would help ensure "a safe and secure Games for all participants and the Japanese public".
The Games are due to begin on 23 July and the International Olympic Committee was known to want to allow some overseas guests to attend.
But Japanese authorities told the Olympic and Paralympic committees it was "highly unlikely that entry" to the country could be guaranteed for overseas visitors.
The announcement follows weeks of speculation and comes as officials have been grappling with how to make the games safe during the pandemic - as well as win over a Japanese public that was increasingly dubious about the summer Olympics going ahead at all.
It is unclear how many domestic spectators will be allowed into venues.
The Games were postponed last year due to the pandemic. Organisers say they will be refunding about 600,000 Olympic tickets and 30,000 Paralympic tickets. |
